5. Service Execution

  • The client agrees to respect the agreed pick-up time.

  • In case of a delay exceeding 15 minutes, waiting time will be charged at the current rate.

  • All Drive reserves the right to refuse access to the vehicle to any person whose behavior is deemed dangerous, disrespectful, or incompatible with the proper execution of the service.

6. Liability

  • All Drive undertakes to provide a perfectly maintained vehicle and a professional chauffeur.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions, unforeseen incidents, weather conditions, or any cause beyond our control.

  • Personal belongings left in the vehicle remain the sole responsibility of the client.

Neither party shall be held liable for any delay or failure to perform due to an event of force majeure (strike, accident, severe weather, road closures, major breakdown, etc.).

8. Complaints

Any complaint must be submitted in writing within 7 days following the service. After this period, no claim will be considered.
